it rained a bit this morning in los angeles, which was a welcome change from our usual heat waves, and a sign that perhaps autumn really is in the air. i loved it even if it did mean getting my dog very soggy. this week i’m thinking about warming up the hues and textures around my house (mustard throw pillows anyone?), getting out my cozy throw blankets and hunkering down, preparing for the encroaching inevitable fall. have a lovely, restful weekend everyone. xo, victoria

- ledansla always posts the prettiest pictures on her blog, and this is definitely a warm and fuzzy spot to curl up with a good book.
- this is another gorgeous loft and what i love about this is the playful use of various textures to add intimacy and character to this very large living space.
