34 Of The Most Enviable Celebrity Bedroom Designs

Whether your style is more Cameron Diaz California glam or Cindy Crawford casual chic, look to your favorite stars for some of the most inspiring master bedrooms from coast to coast.

Although the Hamptons is the New York weekend getaway du jour, Amanda Seyfried prefers to head to her wooded retreat in the Catskills. Her dog, Finn, relaxes in the master bedroom, where the bed is by Restoration Hardware, the bench is from Gilt, and the rug is from ABC Carpet & Home. The pendant light is by &tradition, and the headboard walls are painted in Ammonite by Farrow & Ball.

Los Angeles-based actress Emmy Rossum invested in a stunning one-bedroom Manhattan apartment, an unsurprising move since she is a native New Yorker. In the sizable master bedroom designed by Antonino Buzzetta, her bed frame is by Baker, and is fitted with a mattress by Custom Comfort Mattress. The sconce is by Circa Lighting, the chest is by Henredon and the rug is from Stark; the walls are painted in Farrow & Ball's Parma Gray.

With the help of Kelly Wearstler, Cameron Diaz gave her Manhattan apartment the perfect California glam makeover. Silk linens by Frette and a ruched skirt and headboard dress the bed in the master bedroom, where a snow-white chair upholstered in plush mohair recalls 1970s fashion.

In Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi's former ranch, a custom-made bed by Jay Holman is dressed in Matteo linens and a vintage linen matelassé coverlet, and the antique Serapi rug and Tibetan hemp carpet are both from J. Iloulian Rugs.

The light-filled master bedroom of Meg Ryan's home on Martha's Vineyard is all about ease. Vintage linens, simple lighting and a barnstyle sliding door create a rustic feel. The custom-made bed and trunk were designed by Marsha Russell of Satinwood and made by Herrick & White , and the sconce is by O'Lampia Studio.

In the master bedroom of Lori Loughlin And Mossimo Giannulli's LA home, the sheets and blanket are by Deborah Sharpe Linens, and the pillow is covered in an 18th-century embroidered silk. The curtains are of a wool by Sandra Jordan, and the rug is by Mark Nelson.

While other rooms in Christian Siriano's home are exuberantly colorful, his bedroom is a neutral-hued, French-inspired space. The whitewashed floors, white walls and white bedding create a quiet nook of effortless comfort.

In the master bedroom of Keri Russell's Brooklyn home, the headboard fabric and bedding are by Matteo, the sheepskin rug is by IKEA, and the chandelier is an antiques-fair find; Deary made the bedside table, and the walls are painted in Benjamin Moore's Stone Hearth.

"Grey's Anatomy" star Ellen Pompeo enlisted designer Martyn Lawrence-Bullard to create a well-traveled look for her Hollywood Hills bedroom. Pompeo found the bed at one of her favorite Parisian stores, Caravane Chambre 19, and accessorized it with an antique Egyptian wall hanging, Moroccan-style brass lamps, an Indian throw and 1950s West African pillows from Hollywood at Home.

Known for her over-the top, exuberant style, Donatella Versace's Milan bedroom is an eclectic — yet surprisingly restrained — combination of classic and modern. The grand space features a metal bed by Julian Schnabel, a black lacquer side table by Versace Home and Giorgio de Chirico's painting Il Grande Metafisico.

The rest of her apartment exudes dramatic glamour, but "Sex and the City" author Candace Bushnell made an exception with her bedroom — using muted tones and understated furnishings. The bed is dressed with an antique suzani, the rug is by Madeline Weinrib and the painting is Dutchman's Dawn II by Ellen Kozak.

Roberto Cavalli brings his signature opulence and animal prints to the master bedroom of his Tuscan villa. Pieces from Cavalli's extensive art collection are reflected in the 19th-century gilt-wood mirror, which doubles as a headboard. The bed is adorned with a glamorous scarlet and zebra silk duvet cover and a patchwork fur throw — both adding exotic touches.
